Notice of Annual Member Meeting

The Annual Member Meeting of the Pendleton Water Supply Corporation will be held at the
above location and time.
The purpose of this meeting is to update the membership on the business affairs of the
Corporation and to conduct a director election, unless the election is declared unopposed by a
resolution of the Board of Directors.
Members who wish to address the Board or the membership must sign in on a separate sheet
provided by the presiding director, indicating the topic they wish to discuss. Each member will
be given three minutes to speak.
No motion may be accepted, and no action may be taken on issues brought up from the floor
during the meeting. All action items must have been included on the posted agenda. Members
may request that items be placed on the agenda for a future Annual or Special Members Meeting
or for future meetings of the Board of Directors.
This limitation is required by the public notice requirements of the Texas Open Meetings Act
and is not an attempt to limit any member’s access to the Board of Directors or the membership.
